| Heat Transfer Coils These coils are designed for making ideal balance between air pressure drop & heat transfer efficiency so as to allow the optimum amount of cooling capacity with the minimum air pressure drop. Following are some of the features of our product:
Special features:
• Copper Tubes: The best quality imported 10mm, 13mm, 16mm of copper tubes in level wound coils are used to ensure coils with the minimum number of joints by forming.
• Hair Pin Bends: To ensure a uniform wall thickness that eliminates embarrassing & expensive leaks after installation. Tubes are staggered in the path of air flow for better heat transfer efficiency.
• Return Bends: They are die-formed from thick walled tubing that is heavier than the standard tubing used in the rest of the coil. This provides the thughness & durability required in the most vital part of the coil.
• Headers: Inlet & outlet headers are constructed of heavy wall copper pipe with shoulders formed at each brazed connection to the 13 mm,16 mm tube in the coil. This shoulder intruded with special tooling provides the strength to the brazed joint that eliminates another source of leak during transit & installation.
• Mechanical Tube Expansion Tubes: These are mechanically expanded for an optimum bond between tube & fin. This positive & controlled expansion procedure provides a clean, smooth inner tube surface for a low water pressure drop & guarantees uniform heat transfer between tube & fin.
• Pressure Testing: Each coil is pressure tested after manufacture, by air under water at 350 psi for water application & 400psi for air cooled condenser application using r-22.
• Dimensional Limitations:
- Number of rows - 2 to 8
- Number of fins/inch – 6, 8,10,12 |
