| FRP Cooling Towers We present FRP cooling towers which deliver long lasting service and are preferred on account its Following specifications:
• Fill: The fill consists of modular blocks of rigid PVC honey comb construction. As a result the time contact and heat transfer between water and air is increased greatly. The air pressure drop through the fills is negligible.
• Fan Motor: The fan motor is of totally enclosed type, as per IP-55 and suitable for outdoor mounting. Bird screen is also provided.
• FRP Body: The tower casing is made of tough fiberglass reinforced plastic construction. It has sufficient structural strength to withstand high industrial vibration and wind velocity. Casing of cooling towers upto 500 tons capacity are of molded construction.
• Anti Corrosion: All M.S. internal components are of H.D. pipe and hardwares are of stainless steel, thus the problem of corrosion is almost eliminated.
• Draft Eliminations: The eliminator is of rigid PVC and is of fixed type having smal water carry-over losses.
• Range: Dynamic offers packaged cooling towers of capacity ranging from 5 tons to 500 tons.
• Latest Design: Dynamic cooling towers are of vertical induced draught counter flow design with uniform water distribution and optimal heat transfer.
• Inspection Window: An inspection window is provided for observation and of access to the inside of the cooling tower without removal of fan. It can also be used for routine inspection.
• Fan: The fan is directly driven and is of axial flow type. The fan blades are of cast aluminum. The fan is statically and dynamically balanced.
• Water Distribution: Fixed sprinkler with spray nozzles for uniform distribution of water over the fill area. Nozzles are easily removable for cleaning through the inspection window.
• Maintenance: its maintenance is reduced as fan is the only moving part in the cooling tower. |
